NAPPS NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE'S RESPONSE TO CURRENT IMPASSE WITHIN THE ASSOCIATION.

We reaffirm our commitment to upholding the values of NAPPS membership and addressing key issues in accordance with the constitution.

Under our leadership, the National Executive Council remains steadfast in adhering to constitutional requirements in addressing concerns. We believe change is crucial for progress, and while resistance is natural, continuity without adaptation impedes growth. We must approach matters with circumspection, recognizing the necessity of change for collective advancement.

While respecting the concerns raised, we disapprove of any actions deviating from our constitution, causing confusion within the association. The National Electoral Commission conducted elections as scheduled and in strict accordance with the NAPPS constitution.

We were re-elected based on the ratified NAPPS Constitution 2023 and the decision of the NAPPS National Congress held in October 2023.

It should be noted that the resolutions reached during the NAPPS Delegate Congress at Cosmopolitan University Abuja on October 23, 2023, underscore the validity of our actions.

We appreciate our colleagues for counting us worthy just as we appeal for calm. We will employ credible means to resolve these issues, urging everyone to refrain from making inflammatory comments.

We urge members to engage in constructive dialogue, recognizing that our collective success depends on the strength of our unity.

Once again, we assure you that the national executive committee of NAPPS Nigeria is actively addressing the current impasse within the association to foster resolution and ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. We are committed to open communication and collaborative efforts to overcome challenges and move forward effectively.

Rest assured, the feedback will be provided in the coming days. We are fully committed to a better and more united NAPPS Nigeria.

Yours truly,

Chief Yomi Otubela FCMA National President, NAPPS Nigeria For: National Executive Council of NAPPS Nigeria
